What do we give with a name?
What power is held within a name?
And what of the names we give our gods?
With a name so sacred
none dare speak it,
or a name so intimate,
we wear it against our skin
familiar and sweet,
in naming
our gods we define
ourselves.

names bear much power...one of the greatest gifts...it makes it personal...and in naming our gods, we do define ourselves...that is a zinger of truth...
