Magpie #47 - Family

Pulling:
Outside agents
Like centripetal force
Threatening to separate us
Thus we must hold fast to one another
Or else our nuclear family
Will be blown apart by
Outside agents
Pulling

  1. I honestly love the form of this poem.

Opening and closing the same way. Really really works well. Thank you.

Ninotaziz, the form is called Rictameter. I saw it on someone else's blog. It's sort of fun to do.

  5. A splendid endorsement of family in the midst of forces trying to pull it apart.

  10. Like you said... X

Is that a hug or a kiss? I could never remember which one was "X" and which one was "O" - not that it matters to me. ;)
