I wonder, sometimes,
about the space-time continuum,
and the economy and global warming.
But
today
I wonder about socks.
I wonder why one sock wears through
before its mate.
I wonder where all my missing socks go.
Is
there a single sock parade somewhere
in
a parallel universe
that I’m not invited to?
