Setting Off

I journey
with the sun
and rest
in the moon.

My voyage begins
without fanfare;
no one
to see me off or
wish me well,
no one to blow kisses
or wish me,
“Godspeed!”
No one knows
of my plans.

I journey
with the sun
and rest
in the moon.

  8. Sometimes that journey is all we can do, and the destination where we need to go, and sometimes it is blessing enough. Beautiful, Mary--happy solstice to you, and thanks for your warm presence and support always.

  10. Hi there Mary, great that you are back And I am back here with you too and in spirit also... Travel and self awareness indeed - you capture perfectly the essence of how and why we do it here and what nourishment it offers us... Just to wander off unheralded - to:
    "journey
    with the sun
    and rest
    in the moon."

Ah! Yes indeed - you raised me this afternoon Mary, as only true kindred spirits can... Thank you! And my instinct os that 'your voice' will come pouring back to you now... With Love & Light Scott/Scottiexxxx
